Krista H I absolutely loved it. Love how it pushed the limits and made viewers uncomfortable. It really shines a light on the dark side of fame & Hollywood in general. I thoroughly enjoyed it & was very disappointed that it was cancelled & even cut short. This series could have really gone some where further. Depp has so much talent & she absolutely carried the show. Her acting was astounding. Too many conservative cry babies couldn’t handle this kind of show but honestly I think The Idol spoke volumes on so many different levels of abuse in many different ways. It was different & had me glued to the screen wanting more and more. The sexualized aspect of it didn’t bother me. The script was great I loved it. It is a kind of parody that we don't see a lot. For some over the top and therefore 'not good'. I think it's very entertaining, interesting characters, very well played & filmed.Above of all, loved watching Lily Rose and Abel who where certainly stealing the show.Interesting takes on music, and the process of making it, as well a very good dose of humor.
